Planning and interior design of 150 sqm apartment, built in the 1970’s by the shores of Ashdod. Against the backdrop of the sea, on its first line, this rooftop apartment was renovated from the ground. The connection to the sea was the anchor through which the architect planned the new apartment. The materials palette of the house is based on contrasting tones that emphasize the architecture and create a structure of space. Light concrete tile flooring and a combination of natural materials such as wood, brass, and iron. The clients truly loved the color and wanted to use tones that examine limits and yet are restrained. The blue color chosen for the dining area fits in well with the collector items and art chosen for the house.
