190sqm House, Hod Hasharon
Photographs: Itay Benit
Planning and interior design of 190sqm house on a 200sqm plot in Hod HaSharon.
The two floor house features an open and bright public space, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, guest services and an outdoor studio set in a 200 sqm garden.
The design line includes Scandinavian influences, “boho” touches and lots of green that has been introduced to the house in its full glory.
The dominant color palette and materials in the home create the calm atmosphere. Natural materials, such as wood, and home vegetation, were selected along with monochromatic colors of gray, black, and white.
Huge black-profile windows, framing the green view from the courtyard and adding plenty of natural light to the home’s character.
