230sqm House, Ness Harim
Photographs: Shai Epstien
Planing and interior design of 230 sqm two floor house in the Jerusalem hills. The tenants, a couple in their 30’s and their three children. The house was designed as a functional circle around the living room and the kitchen, allowing residents to be visually in sight with the children’s rooms, while maintaining the parents’ room isolated due to the father’s work and studies at unusual hours. One of the unique design elements is the semi-transparent library in the background where the children going through the house can be seen, and vise versa.
