240sqm Apartment, Ramat Hasharon
Photographs: Gidon Levin
In the this project two floors and two apartments were added to an existing old building.
They were designed to fit the very unique needs of its owner; A professional Doula who work from home. On the lower floor lays the owners 120 sqm apartment which is divided into two areas. On one side of the apartments there’s a living area facing the green outdoors, with a living room, kitchen, master bedroom and a terrace- all connected with large sliding glass doors. Separated by the small entrance hall, there’s the work area with a guest bedroom and bathroom as well as a treatment room.
The owner passion for the Mediterranean style is reflected in the Terracotta tiles. The Terracotta cover most of the inner and outer floors, as well as the staircase which leads to the upper floor. On that floor there is a 30 sqm roof terrace to be used by the lower apartment, and a small 40sqm apartment where the owners son lives.
