300sqm Loft, Tel Aviv
By: David Lebenthal Architecture

The Eilat street loft is a refurbished space set within an eclectic listed building in Tel Aviv. The modern design creates a strong contrast to the traditional spaces. The materiality of the project consists of black concrete, aged brass, and smoked oak. The apartment consists of two large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a separate dinning room, kitchen and master closet.
