Planning and interior design of 90sqm apartment in a renovated Bauhaus building on Rothschild Boulevard, designed for a family of 5 people. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious public space, all in long and narrow 90 square meters. A 140-cm partition from floor to ceiling and throughout the space divides a large room into two rooms so that in the future, when the children leave the house, it will be able to return to a single room, each of which has all the functions of a room: the wardrobe, The beds – currently one above the other, thereby doubling the area of the bed and using the height of the apartment to maximize its area on both rooms.
The central element of the apartment is a white box that serves as a wall to the corridor, hiding 5 doors into the rooms. A second side of the box is the bedroom closet of the parents, and another side turns the box into the living room and serves as the kitchen.
