Planning and interior design of 5 room apartment in Givatayim. Following building’s TAMA 38 project, the apartment underwent full design in the public areas and refreshments in the rest of the house. A large island was designed as a central element in a space located in the heart of the house. The island, 4 meters long, stands on its own (FREE STANDING) as a furniture with a presence above which a floating element has been created that descends from the ceiling and from which the family dining table emerges. The facades of the island, on all sides, are made of black oak sources in natural texture. The surface of the island is made of dark natural basalt stone. The island and with it the rest of the entire kitchen stretch to the outside borders and create a blurring of the boundaries between the interior and exterior and touch the urban appearance of the city sights.
