150sqm Duplex Apartment, Tel Aviv

This project integrates natural finishing materials like wood, concrete, and iron. The result is a harmonious blend of modern minimalist design with a warm, familial atmosphere.
The main floor, spanning 75 square meters, houses the public spaces: a living area paved with light natural oak parquet that seamlessly blends with varying wood shades in the kitchen cabinets. A standout feature is the TV wall, a fusion of intricate woodwork and white iron, serving both as a decorative element and practical storage. This floor also includes the master suite, and guest services. Big floor-to-ceiling windows lead out to a surrounding yard.
The lower floor, also 75 square meters, includes a cozy family space, a shared girls’ bedroom, a second bathroom, and a safe room doubling as a study.
A key design principle was ensuring openness to the outdoors, while still delineating spaces for the family’s diverse activities.
