185sqm House, Hod-HaSharon
Photographs: Tal Nisim
Planning and interior design of 185sqm house in Hod-HaSharon. The house was designed for a family with three children. It is built on one floor, with an emphasis on outer spaces and public areas. The design is based on two key elements: Patio – which serves as a meeting place of the house residents and the main guest area, allowing light, air and eye contact between the office, living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The main hall – starts wide at the entrance and narrowing down at the rear of the house towards the back garden. Surrounding the house, four areas were planned with different climate characteristics, to allow continuous use in gardens and courtyards throughout the day and throughout the year.
