200sqm House, Ramat-Hasharon
Photographs: Shai Epstein & Lior Avitan
planning and interior design of 200sqm in Ramat HaSharon, designed for a young family. A small garden and a far view led to a shared thinking with the owners about the interior-exterior interface. A shading system over windows and passages, a sitting window in the “hanging” master suite on the façade, and an entire front that opens into a covered space in the garden – all allow maximum enjoyment of the private, compact nature. Designing materials combine minimalism of gray brick, white plaster, and black aluminum, together with yellow shading from a perforated tin that creates a game of color and texture under the light.
